Landlord Engagement is promoting consumer choice and the underlying values of Housing First by helping to locate, advocate for and secure housing. Striving to build and maintain relationships with local landlords and act as a liaison between staff, tenants and landlords. 

What do we do?

We believe that landlords are an important part of our programs. Offering rental units to Housing First clients provides a range of benefits to the community. We see landlords as part of the many solutions required to end the housing crisis. Direct rent payments provide assurances and income stability. Our approach includes strong communication, support and respect for landlords, tenants and the community.
