Home For Good
A supportive housing program for clients who are homeless with complex needs who require multiple supports. The program offers a multi-disciplinary team including; occupational therapy, addiction support, landlord relations coordinator, and case management. To qualify for this program, you need to be 30 days or longer chronically homeless.
Tenants are selected through collaboration on the street or in a shelter. An eligibility application is completed, and a person is approved through the region if they qualify. NRH approves rent subsidies.
Supports offered include: mental health management, OCC therapy, and resource linkage.
